Physiotherapy
Your health and well-being is at the heart of what we do, and our aim is to get you better.
You do not need a doctors referral to visit our Specialist Chartered Physiotherapy clinics.
We provide treatments for a broad spectrum of conditions and ailments. Whether you're dealing with persistent discomfort, joint stiffness due to arthritis or are on the path to recovery following surgery or injury, we can help. Our main aims are to alleviate your pain, enhance your strength/mobility and restore your overall well-being.
Pain Relief
Wherever they are in your body, painful conditions can progress to become disabling and a source of real concern for people. The good news is that nearly all types of pain can be addressed through physiotherapy. Whether you're grappling with back pain, persistent headaches, shoulder and arm discomfort or leg pain, we have the expertise to accurately diagnose and effectively treat it.
We often see patients who have previously sought treatment elsewhere without success, and we take pride in helping them on the road to recovery.
Your pain is not something you have to endure alone. We have the skills and expertise to provide the tailored package of care you deserve.
Injury
We understand that injuries can happen suddenly or develop over time, affecting your quality of life and limiting your activities. Whether you've experienced an acute injury from a fall, road accident, work incident or sports injury, or have a long-term injury due to repetitive strain or tissue overload, we're here to provide expert care.
We work to correct the root cause of the issue and provide targeted treatments that help to accelerate return to activity, sport or work and prevent recurrence.
Surgery
We understand that the decision to undergo surgery can be a significant and sometimes daunting step to take. We can provide support throughout the process and specialize in providing comprehensive pre-operative and post-operative care.
Whether you have had a total joint replacement, decompression, heart surgery or fusion we have the expertise to help you.
Our personalised approach is tailored to your unique needs, focusing on optimising your physical condition before surgery and aiding in your recovery afterwards. We work closely with your healthcare team to create a customised plan and can teach you how to spot problems as they evolve such as infection.

At the Physio & Foot Clinic, we understand that the onset of a neurological condition such as Multiple Sclerosis, Parkinson's Disease or a Stroke can be very challenging. These conditions can lead to issues with strength, endurance or general mobility and can also result in pain and discomfort.

Rehabilitation
Our specialised rehabilitation programs are designed to help you recover, rebuild, and reclaim your life after injury or illness. Rehabilitation involves the careful restoration of physical abilities and sometimes the relearning of skills in order to get the best outcome following an injury or surgery.
Rehabilitation can be the single most important factor in generating a positive outcome and is also highly effective in reducing pain.
With years of experience and a commitment to your well-being, we provide comprehensive and personalised rehabilitation services.
Whether you're on the road to recovery after surgery, a sports-related injury or any other health setback, we can help. Our tailored approach ensures that you receive the detailed program you require to regain the strength, mobility and control you want. Your journey to a more fulfilling and active life begins here.
Massage
Our therapeutic massage services are designed to address your specific needs, whether you're dealing with muscle tension, stress or injury-related discomfort.
Through our personalised approach, we tailor each session to your unique requirements, ensuring you receive the maximum therapeutic benefits. We can also advise you on how to reduce tissue stress and improve your alignment through making simple day to day changes for long term relief. It is one of the primary treatments we use at the Physio & Foot Clinic as it is natural, safe and highly effective.
Orthopaedics
Orthopaedic conditions involving your musculoskeletal system can be both physically and emotionally challenging. Whether you've experienced a broken bone, stress fracture, tendon or ligament tear, muscle injury or dislocation, we can provide expert advice and care.
Orthopaedic consultants frequently refer their patients to us following procedures such as arthroscopy, joint replacement/resurfacing, decompression or fusion to ensure that their patients recover optimally with the minimum of complications. A targeted physiotherapy program can make a significant difference to your outcome and provide you with improved strength, control and function.
Your overall well-being and recovery are our top priorities and we're here to support you every step of the way.
Acupuncture / Dry Needling
Acupuncture and Dry Needling involve the insertion of very fine needles into specific points on the body.
Our acupuncture and dry needling services offer you effective, drug-free alternatives to address muscle spasms, pain, discomfort, and tension. With our personalised approach, we ensure that your unique needs are met, allowing you to experience the full benefits of these therapies. Discover the relief and well-being that acupuncture and dry needling can bring.
It works by releasing trigger points (knots) through mechanically disrupting the dysfunctional muscle activity, relaxing the tissue and stimulating healing. It also allows the nervous system to release pain relieving chemicals and has an anti inflammatory effect. It is an excellent way of relieving pain and calming muscles in spasm and often gets results when other treatments have proven ineffective.
Acupuncture/Dry Needling can be used alone but we often use it in combination with other treatments to get the best possible therapeutic benefit. As we are registered with Chartered Physiotherapists in Acupuncture and with the International Acupuncture Association of Physical Therapists you can be sure your care is in good hands.
